Dr. Yusuf Sabo Remained Bichi Council Chairman – Council Leader

Shortly after the announcement of the spension of Bichi local government Chairman Dr. Yusuf Mohammed Sabo, the legislative counci, issued a statement that the suspension has been lifted after an amicable resolutions adding that Dr. Sabo remained the executive chairman of local government.

Speaking at an emergency sitting, the speaker of the council, Honourable Mohammed Rabo Umar Tinki disclosed that what had happened has been resolved following an understanding meeting that was held between the Council and other relevant stakeholders which is the tradition of democratic governance.

Honourable Tinki Added that ” on behalf of the entire council members of Bichi local government, and after due reconciliation and resolution, we have lifted the suspension of Dr Yusuf Mohammed Sabo whom we earlier suspended for three months, I wish to announce that everything has been resolved”. He lamented.

In his remark, the clerk of the council who is also the director personal management of Bichi local government council, Alhaji Lawal Abdullahi Dala stated that “with the amicable resolutions of wht had happened, we all agreed that Dr. Yusuf Mohammed Sabo’s recent suspension has been lifted and with this new development, he remained the authentic chairman o Bichi local government council respectively”.

Our correspondent who had a chats with some of the councilors reported that everything has been restored and promised to work together for the development of Bichi local government council, while in his words, the council Chairman Dr. Yusuf Mohammed Sabo reassured that he is ready to continue with his developmental programmes in collaboration with the legislative arm of in order to bring more progress across Bichi local government area without bias.
