An All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate for Ede North State Constituency, Daud Biodun Akinloye, has promised effective representation, if finally elected as member of Osun State House of Assembly in the forthcoming general election.r
According to Akinloye while answering questions from newsmen at Oja-Timi in Ede on Sunday, he promised to bring quality representation to his people if given opportunity to represent them at the state Assembly in 2019.
Akinloye, who is currently on consultation tour of the wards and areas under Ede North State Constituency, said he would pursue his primary functions of lawmaking with vigour and sponsor of bills and motions that will have positive impact on the people.
Akinloye emphasised that, “Ede North being one of the biggest local government in the State in population is in need of a selfless, committed and spirited individual who has excelled in private life and ready to bring his local and international experience to bear in turning things around for the better.
“I, will not only facilitate state Government projects to grow our people and make their life comfortable, I will use my personal emoluments to make our people smile and proud once again as I have been tested and assessed.
“Similarly, as a learned educated and experienced legal practitioner and advocate of good governance, I will ensure a quality representation, sponsoring bills with direct impact on Ede North State Constituency in particular the one that seek to enhance continuity and consolidation of existing development agenda towards the transformation of the state and Ede North State Constituency in particular”.
Akinloye, who is currently the Executive Chairman of Ede North Local Government area of the state, promised to serve with enthusiasm, integrity, honesty, and diligence in providing effective, efficient and qualitative representation to sustain the agenda of continuity and consolidation of efficient service delivery and development to the constituency.
Akinloye who strongly appealed to the entire people of his Constituency to have confidence in him, assured them that he would give them quality representation that would enhance the rate of development in the area if finally elected into the state house of assembly.
