By Daniel Edu

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arraigned Obinna Calistus Okoli, the Chairman of Onitsha/Odekpe Plastic Market Association, for allegedly obtaining N6.7 million under false pretense. The charges include inducing someone to deliver the sum with the promise of allocating four shops in a proposed mall.
