Elections: Groups of Observers warn against malpractices In Plateau

Ahead of tomorrow’s Presidential and National Assembly elections across the country, the Intercontinental leadership Initiative and a coalition of INEC accredited Observer Groups have warn stakeholders on vote buying and other forms of electoral Malpractices In Plateau State.

The Observers gave the warning in Jos while addressing journalists on Friday .

According to the leader of the Group Prince Stanford Bisong, the Intercontinental leadership Initiative and coalition of INEC Accredited Observers towards a peaceful and credible 2023 Presidential and National Assembly election is not leaving anything to chance in ensuring that Saturday’s election in Peaceful and credible on the Plateau.

The group while commending INEC and the Inspector General of Police for the modalities put in place for election, called on Plateau citizens to ensure that they come out and vote for candidates of their choice

Bisong also disclosed, that their team of observers which cuts across 10 different organisations will keenly monitor the election across the state to report accordingly
