Truth is both crucial and important and every statement should be grounded in truth as it breeds trust and integrity.
But, on the other hand, discretion should be applied when attempting to share the truth. The following factors should be considered: timing, context and impact of such truth shared. Most important is, will it foster a healthy and robust relationship if shared. If the truth shared might cause conflict, unnecessary harm and discomfort, caution should be applied.
