Ahmed Tijjani Abdullahi, a former Permanent Secretary, has described the recent appointment of APC National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, as the Chairman of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) as well-deserved and based on merit.
In a statement he signed and issued to our correspondent in Kano, Abdullahi praised Ganduje’s distinguished career, stating:
“Your remarkable career, spanning service as a local government administrator, civil commissioner, deputy governor, administrator at the Lake Chad River Basin Authority, and governor of our great state, Kano, is a clear testament to your exceptional leadership abilities and unwavering commitment to public service.”
Furthermore, Abdullahi emphasized that as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Ganduje has been working selflessly to reshape Nigeria’s democratic landscape for the benefit of both the people and the nation.
He expressed confidence that Ganduje would continue to make significant contributions to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda, aimed at national transformation. He also highlighted Ganduje’s potential to set an example worthy of emulation across Africa and the world.
“I congratulate you, my mentor, and I am certain that your contributions will greatly assist the present administration in achieving optimal results,” Abdullahi concluded.
