By Jabiru A Hassan, Kano. The factional leadership of the All farmers association, AFAN under one Farouk Rabiu Mudi and his cohorts are lawless and fraudsters for parading themselves as the leaders of the association despite the court order given to them by a Federal high court judge Justice Taiwo Taiwo sitting at court 09 on the 1st of February, 2021 cautioning the factional leader to stop parading himself as AFAN national president until a rule was given on his suit against Architect Kabir Ibrahim and his elected executives. In a press statement signed and issued to our correspondent by the association's national president, Architect Kabir Ibrahim, AFAN factional leaders are violating the court order that they should stop parading themselves as leaders of the association pending the determination of a suit filed by Farouk Rabiu Mudi and his co. Furthermore, The press statement from the National president warned the Nigerian farmers and general public to be ware about the Farouk Rabiu Mudi and his cohorts's who still paraded themselves as AFAN national executives despite the true facts that the issue is still in courts waiting for the final judgement and determination. In conclusion, AFAN states that Architect Kabir Ibrahim and his national executives remains on the saddle of the association until the judgement is determined and called on the farmers across the nation to shun anything that comes from Farouk Rabiu Mudi and his cohorts led factional leadership.
