**Fayemi Accuses Oshiomhole of Disrupting APC Gubernatorial Primary in Edo State**

By Daniel Edu

Kayode Fayemi, former governor of Ekiti State, has accused Senator Adams Oshiomhole of attempting to impose a gubernatorial candidate on the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State. Fayemi alleged that Oshiomhole played a disruptive role during the primary election held on February 17, 2024. The primary election witnessed conflicting results, with three different umpires declaring different aspirants as winners. The APC national leadership later declared the primary inconclusive, setting a new date for its completion. Fayemi urged for a fair and transparent process, emphasizing the importance of the APC putting its best foot forward in the upcoming elections.
