Former Super Eagles goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama, mourns the passing of his father, Phillip Enyeama.

Vincent shared the news on his Instagram account, accompanied by a heartfelt tribute and a video of him and his late father playing Table Tennis. He expressed gratitude for his father’s selflessness, generosity, and the pivotal role he played in the lives of many.

In his tribute, Vincent honored his father’s legacy as a coach and mentor, acknowledging the profound impact he had on shaping his career as a goalkeeper. Phillip Enyeama’s passing comes after a distinguished coaching career and adds to the family’s previous loss of Vincent’s mother in 2015.

Vincent bid farewell to his father, expressing pride in being his son and wishing him eternal peace.
