FRSC Bichi Command Intensifies Pre-Yuletide Public Enlightenments

The Bichi Command of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) has intensifies an enlightenment campaigns against reckless driving, overloading and over speeding to the motorists and other road users in order to ensure accident free Christmas and New year celebrations across the command.

This was announced by the unit commander, ACC Hassan Rafi Yeldu when our correspondent visited the command, where he disclosed that ” Federal Roads Safety Commission, is working selflessly to ensure that road users remained protected because we all agreed that an accident claims lives on daily basis so we have to do more  in order to ensure that  reckless driving, overloading and over speeding is controlled through enlightenment campaigns “. He emphasized.

Acc Hassan Yeldu added that  FRSC Bichi command would continue to do it’s  best in order to see that drivers and other vehicle owners as well as passengers were fully enlightened on safer means of trips especially at present when most of the citizens would embark on journeys to different destinations, where he commended his team for their dedication to duties on  highways in daily basis.

Furthermore, the commandant warned passengers against  boarding vehicles outside motor parks during journeys for security reasons, and thanked all those who are working towards the safety of lives and properties like police, NURTW, NARTO, VIO’S,  NSCDC, Fire service, Hisbah and the drivers who are always in compliance with road safety rules and regulations.

In conclusion, ACC Hassan Rafi Yeldu stated that from what is being seen during enlightenment campaigns, this years Yuletide would be successful and hitch free because all the stakeholders in the transport sector that are under Bichi command remained committed to ensure safe celebrations.
