Pharmacist John Chun, an aide to Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang, has commended the governor for his remarkable efforts in restoring peace and serenity to the state.
Speaking in a brief chat with our correspondent on Saturday in Jos, Chun praised Governor Mutfwang’s decisive actions in transforming the state’s urban landscape.
“Governor Caleb Mutfwang’s footprints are being felt in all sectors of the state’s economy,” Chun stated. “He has done excellently well in restoring Plateau’s serenity and fulfilling his electoral promises.”
Chun, who serves as a Director in the Plateau State Liaison Directorate in Abuja, highlighted the governor’s comprehensive urban renewal program, which includes a review of the existing *Greater Jos Master Plan*. This review aims to expand the plan’s coverage to additional local government areas adjoining the state capital.
Upon assuming office, Governor Mutfwang inherited a deplorable state of infrastructure. According to Chun, the governor has since taken bold steps to improve road networks across the state. “Some roads that have not seen attention since the military era are now being rehabilitated,” he added.
Chun called on the people of Plateau State to continue supporting the governor, emphasizing that the administration remains committed to driving development and maintaining peace across the state.
