Lalong said the life story of Da Jacob Gyang Buba has been characterized by persistence, patience, diligence, honesty and philanthropy both in his professional career and Royal capacity.

He said as the Chairman of the Plateau State Council of Chiefs, the Gbong Gwom has continued to mobilise the Royal Institution towards supporting the Rescue Administration in restoring peace and security in the State.
