Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma, suspends Commissioner for Lands, Survey, and Physical Planning, Noble Atulegwu, along with Special Adviser/GM of Imo State Housing Corporation, Mbakwe Obi. The suspension, effective immediately, comes without specifying reasons. Atulegwu had faced community protests and legal challenges over alleged land takeover issues in Owerri. The governor’s spokesperson, Oguike Nwachuku, confirmed the development.
