Kano youth association for good governance, (kya), a group of youths working towards the propagation of good governance in kano state has commended the deputy senate president, senator barau I jibrin for his untiring support to education sector.
In a draft brochure of projects presented to our correspondent in kano, the association’s president comrade mustapha umar tallo gwarzo, disclosed that kya is a group of youths who are working selflessly to bring out the success stories of all elected and appointed leaders to be showcased into the general public.
The drafted brochure stated that kya is making an assessment of the projects initiated and executed by the executive and legislative arms of government including some private sectors due to make it clear how democracy is gradually facilitating development at both rural and urban communities.
Comrade mustapha umar tallo gwarzo popularly known as coach lamented that ” our journey would reach the destination where every citizen tends to know more about democracy and it’s process of transformation in every sector especially at this moment when the electorates are fully prepared to enjoy their democratic dividends respectively, and emphasized that senator dr. Barau I jibrin has been recognized as an epitome of progress”.
Kya resolved to commence publishing relevant achievements of senator barau jibrin commencing from education where the deputy senate president made many significant efforts to promote quality education that brought him so many honours including a doctorate degree from the bayero university kano.
Similarly, dr. Barau jibrin has spend huge amount of money on scholarships, sponsorships, establishing study centres at various location across kano north senatorial district and building many edifices that is now accommodating many sections across some tertiary and universities.
In conclusion, comrade mustapha coach announced that all the necessary and relevant illustrations would be provided to enable the public to view what senator barau jibrin is offering in education sector before scaling to another sector.
