Groups distance self from viral video, drums support for Governor Sule style of appointments

The leadership of Lafia Unity group and Progressive Forum Group have distance themselves from a video clip round the social media by Muhammed Barde a former PDP youth Leader Nadarawa State on some appointment made by engr. Abdulahi Sule, drums more support for the governor.

Disclosing this during a press briefing today at NUJ press centre, a former Lafia local government chairman, Hon Dahiru Hudu Musa ii who spoke for the two groups said that Muhammed Barde was speaking for himself and does not have the mandate to represent the good people of Lafia or their opinion.

According to the group, “the entire content in the video were figments of the wiled imagination of its producer, adding that the the good people of Lafia Local Government Area Condemned the said video, as its content and the use of their names to gain cheap popularity is unacceptable. He said.

The group are also calling on his Excellency Engr. Abdulahi Sule and the entire people of Nasarawa state to disregard the said video, for its intent and content is not the voice of the people of lafia, while appreciating the the governor and his administration in its fair distribution of appointments and developmental projects across all the local government areas in the state.

The group however pledges more support for his Excellency saying their loyalty is rock solid and unquestionable.
