Gunmen kidnap Council Chairman in Jos

Gunmen have kidnapped the Executive Chairman of Kanke local government council of Plateau state, Hon Henry Gotip.
The yet-to-be identified gunmen reportedly forced their way into the residence of the Chairman in Kwang, Jos North local government area of the state in the early hours of Wednesday morning shooting sporadically before taking their victim away.
Hon Gotip, who is also the Secretary of ALGON in Plateau state, sources say, was whisked away to an unknown destination around 1am .
