“It pains us that police officers who were drafted to our towns for our security are murdered in such manner, on behalf of Governor Adegboyega Oyetola, I comminsrate with the Nigeria Police Force and the families of fallen officers.

“I can assure you that Governor Oyetola will continue to support security agencies in the state to keep our state safe and remain the most peaceful in Nigeria” The Commissioner stated.

While thanking the Commissioner for the visit, the Divisional Police Officer, CSP Samson Oke promised that his men remain undaunted despite the attack, stressing that their primary obligation of security remains paramount.
