Jigawa State AFAN Chairman Extends Sallah Message, Called For More Prayers On National Peace

The chairman, All farmers association (AFAN) Jigawa state chapter, Alhaji Idris Yau Mai unguwa has congratulates the executive governor of Jigawa state Muhammad Badaru Abubakar, the state legislative arm and the emirs of Hadejia, Dutse, Gumel, Ringim, Kazaure and the entire farmers for witnessing the end of this year’s Ramadan fasting.

In addition, the AFAN chairman also called on both Muslims and Christians to embark on special prayers for the restoration of peace and progress in Nigeria, especially at present when the issue of insecurity remained a big challenge to the progress of this great nation as seen everywhere.

He added that prayers remained the best alternative to the restoration of peace and progress in Nigeria in addition to the governments efforts towards the peaceful coexistence in the country, where he emphasizes that by the grace of Allah, Nigeria would become an exemplary nation after all these odds.

Alhaji Idris Yau Mai unguwa lamented that Nigeria has for long time witnessed the effects of insecurity in one way or the other, and with intense prayers, the country would enjoy more peace and development when all hands remained on deck in the implementation of the government policies without obstacles.

In conclusion, he chairman commended the Jigawa state government for bringing out more important programmes that being excellent development to agriculture at both dry and rainfall seasons, where he reassured that AFAN would also continue to play an important role in order to ensure that profitable production remained steady in the state.
