Just in – Five killed in Modakeke, Ile-Ife clash

Pandemonium broke out in Ile-Ife and Modakeke in Osun State as no fewer than five persons were found brutally killed while going to their farms.

Our Correspondent gathered that the bodies were found in Modakeke in the early morning of Friday along Toro village.

The Osun State Police spokesperson, SP Yemisi Opalola, confirmed the incident, saying that a team of police operatives has been drafted to the towns.

Findings by Daybreak also revealed that the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) had shut its main gate as at the time of filing this report.
