Kano Assembly Strengthens Ties with NTA Through Collaborative Efforts

The Speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Jibril Ismail Falgore, has reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening the partnership between the Assembly and the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA). This collaboration aims to foster improved communication and information dissemination for the benefit of Kano residents and beyond.

In a statement issued on Wednesday by the Assembly’s spokesperson, Kamaluddeen Sani Shawai, the Speaker commended NTA for its dedication to providing accurate and timely information that resonates across Nigeria. He also praised the station’s efforts in shaping positive narratives about the country for a global audience.

During a courtesy visit to the Assembly, the General Manager of NTA Kano, Alhaji Sani Yusuf Hanga, highlighted the significant achievements of the Kano State House of Assembly under the leadership of Rt. Hon. Jibril Ismail Falgore. Hanga described the ongoing partnership between the Assembly and NTA as exceptional and motivating, reaffirming the station’s commitment to maintaining and enhancing the collaboration.

“The longstanding cooperative relationship between NTA and the Kano Assembly is a testament to our shared dedication to effective information dissemination,” said Hanga.

The NTA delegation, which included Alhaji Sani Yusuf Hanga, the Assistant Director of Engineering, and the Deputy Director of Programs, Mal. Shuaibu Garba Dakata, reiterated the station’s willingness to support the Assembly’s initiatives in promoting transparency and accountability.

This renewed partnership underscores the shared goals of both institutions in advancing public engagement and fostering development through effective communication strategies.
