Kano Public Complaints Commission Assures More Progress in 2021, Showcases Achievements Recorded In 2020

Kano  state commissioner, Public complaints commission, Honourable Ahmed Ado Dadin Kowa  announced that  the commission would continue to works selflessly in the year 2021 in order to double efforts in order to ensure that all hands remained on deck towards the peaceful coexistence at both urban and rural settlements like what was seen in 2020.

He disclosed this  in his office on Tuesday during an interaction with journalists in his office where he showcases many achievements they recorded in 2020, adding that ” we certainly recorded a tremendous achievements this year and we are focusing to achieve more progress in 2021 despites challenges that we often encountered in one way or the other as an organisation “. He lamented.

Honourable Dadin kowa stresses that kano public complaints commission is doing all it’s best to see that the people of kano state  of all categories are really benefiting with their services which is now becoming more important at both  private and public sector as seen at previous times across the state.

The commissioner announced that kano public complaints commission had successfully resolved so many cases of complaints either between the employed and employee, illegal sack, non-payments of entitlements, non-payments of compensations and quite a number of related misunderstandings which is a landmark achievements recorded.

Speaking on the recent tour of all the 44 local governments areas in kano state, Honourable Ahmad Ado Dadin Kowa said that ” we organised the said tour in order to assess what is happening at the local government areas especially at the present democratic dispensation, where so many matters were found that often affects local council’s development and with our intervention, we are certain that more progress would be achieved with optimum results”. He emphasized.

Furthermore,  the commissioner stated that the commission has recently distributed brand new motorcycles to the 5 Zonal officers of the commission due to facilitate their day to day activities in receiving complaints for onward forwarding to the state where the cases persisted, where he called on the general public to always channels their complaints to the commission through the zonal offices.

He disclosed that ” our  challenges are many because all what we are doing is free of charge, therefore we needs more logistics and mobility here at headquarters because kano state is wider and it’s coverage needs powerful vehicles that can enable us to cover everywhere in the state, and I thanks the kano Anti corruption agency, the security agencies, judiciary, correctional service centers and the media who always extends what we are doing to public”. He concluded.
