Kano Speaker Falgore expresses shock over the death of the Jigawa State Governor’s mother.

The Speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Jibril Ismail Falgore has expressed his shock and sadness at the news of the sudden passing of the late Hajiya Maryam Namadi Umar, the mother of the Executive Governor of Jigawa State.

In a press statement signed and issued to newsmen by spokesperson Kamaluddeen Sani Shawai on Wednesday, he quoted Falgore as saying that, ‘When we lose someone close to us, like a mother, they continue to live on through us and give us unbelievable strength.

Falgore expressed condolences to Governor Umar Namadi and his entire family for this great loss and described Hajiya Maryam Umar Namadi as a dedicated, loyal, and very caring woman.

The Speaker, on behalf of the Kano State House members, prayed to Almighty Allah to grant her Jannah, and may she enjoy the light and peace in Jannatul Firdaus as Signed by Kamaluddeen Sani Shawai. Chief Press Secretary. Kano State House of Assembly.
