Kebbi State Government Reduces Working Hours for Ramadan

Kebbi State Governor, Dr. Nasir Idris, has approved a reduction in official working hours for state civil servants in the state.

This decision, announced in a statement by Hon. Awwal Manu Dogondaji, the Commissioner for Establishment, Pension, and Training, is aimed at accommodating the spiritual needs of the community during this sacred period.

Effective immediately, the new working hours for state civil servants will be from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. from Monday to Thursday, and from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Fridays.

 The commissioner emphasized that these hours will revert to normal following the conclusion of Ramadan.

In his statement, Dogondaji also called upon the residents of Kebbi State to remain steadfast in their prayers for enduring peace and stability, both within the state and across Nigeria as a whole.
