KEDCO Warns Customers Against Multiple Sources Of Power Supply To Households

The management of Kano electricity distribution company (KEDCO) has warns that the multiple sources of power supply to household often resulted in serious safety risks which must be checked to ensure the safety of customers and the company staff as well.

This was discloses by the company in a press statement that was signed and issues to our correspondent in Kano, by the company’s head of corporate communication, Malam Ibrahim Sani Shawai, adding that KEDCO is doing everything possible to ensure that such multiple sources of power supplies to household is tackled through routine public awareness.

The statement further lamented that the act of multiple sources of power supply to household is becoming one of the obstacles that affects some transformers failure and network problems due to overloading which also affects excellent power supply to consumers.

” KEDCO is appealing to the customers at both Kano, Igawa and Katsina states to comply with all the rules and regulations governing the constant power supply as we are all working seriously to ensure that our services remained the best”. The statement concluded.
