Kofar Na’isa Hails Governor Abba Kabir For Restoring Self-Helf Activities In Kano.

The former chairman of the central working committee on self-helf Alhaji Ibrahim Garba Aminu Kofar Na’isa has commended governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for his plan to restore the self-help projects in order to makes kano more healthy.

He made the remark in an interview with our correspondent shortly after the new governor announced his ggovernmen’s plans to bring back the activities of the self-help programmes for clean environment.

Ibrahim Garba Aminu assured that kano state can achieve it’s objectives through self-help groups because they remained the better tools to actualize the environmental safety at both urban and rural settlements.

He advised the Abba Kabir’s administration on the needs to use the acreditated self-help associations across the 44 local governments for the environmental sanitation activities especially when the rainy season approaches.

” We have many registered self-help groups in Kano state who are ready to partner the state government to implement the best environmental sanitation programmes and to keep the state clean, tidy and healthy at both seasons”. He concluded.
