Residents of Kwa Community have commended the executive chairman of Dawakin Tofa local government Council, Honourable Ado Tambai Kwa for construction of an ultra-modern drainage in order to minimixe excess flooding when it rains.
Our correspondent who visited the driange construction site at Kwa Town gathered that the pro le are jubilating for the ongoing drainage construction works revealing that “our prayers has been answered on what we need for quite a long time”. They added
Speaking to Daybreak News, Malam Na’inna mai Inji bakin Famfo, Zubairu mai cement, Shehu Hisbah and Balbale mai Kifi who are trading close to the main road disclosed that the drainage comes at the right time because according to them, whenever it rains, floodings often overtakes all the shops that are closer to the main road, where they described Alhaji Ado Tambai Kwa as their Hero who would be remembered forever.
Furthermore, our correspondent reported that the contractor handling the project always remains close to the workers so as to enable quality Project is being executed for the benefits of the Kwa residents and for the forthcoming generations.
