Lady Ends Relationship Because of Boyfriend’s Refusal to Pay School Fees

A young woman, identified as Enyonam, recently shared her experience of breaking up with her wealthy boyfriend due to his stinginess. Despite being well-off, he was unwilling to spend on her, leading her to take the decision to end their relationship.

Enyonam expressed her frustration, revealing that during their nearly one-year relationship, he had only spent a meager amount of N341,875 on her. She found his behavior unacceptable, especially considering his financial status. One significant point of contention was his refusal to pay her school fees, despite her financial needs.

The woman admitted that she regrets being with him and acknowledged her naivety for staying in the relationship. However, she emphasized that she maintained her boundaries and did not engage in a sexual relationship with him while they were dating.

In her social media post, Enyonam criticized the man’s stinginess and called out others who exhibit similar behavior. She believes that some individuals with financial means are still unwilling to support their partners adequately.
