LALONG, WASE, CONDOLE FORMER PLATEAU SGS, PROF. ATU OVER LOSS OF BROTHER

Senator representing Plateau South Senatorial District Simon Bako Lalong has visited the residence of the former Secretary to Plateau State Government Prof. Danladi Abok Atu to condole him over the demise of his younger brother Mr. Daniel Ajiji Atu.

Lalong embarked on the visit together with Former Deputy Speaker House of Representatives Rt. Hon. Idris Wase in Lamingo Jos.

He described the deceased as a man of integrity who served the State in his career as a civil servant at the local Government system as he served in Jos North.

Senator Lalong said the Izere Nation, Jos North and Plateau State has lost a good man whose demise creates a big vacuum not only for his immediate family, but for society at large.

He prayed God to give the family the fortitude to bear the loss and grant his soul eternal rest.

Responding on behalf of the Izere Nation, the Agwom Izere Dr. Isaac Azi Wakili thanked Senator Lalong for his consistent love and concern to the Izere Nation.

He said Lalong remains a true friend of Izere people and a political leader with passion and compassion for peace, unity and progress.

A letter of condolence was presented to the family.
