Lami Adamu Lau: Leading NCWS With Best Ability

The establishment of the National Council For Women’s Societies by some well meaning women personalities have pave ways to women gender progression at both urban and rural communities with optimum results nowadays.

The past leaders of the society has given their own side of contribution and makes good efforts towards the development of the Nigerian women which proves that NCWS is one of the best Non governmental organisations that facilitates good livelihood to many vulnerable sets of women across the country without bias.

Hajiya Lami Adamu Lau is the current national president of the society, and from the time she become the association’s leader to date, she proven that NCWS is working and struggling for the progress of women gender of all categories.

It is very much gratifying to note that NCWS under the dynamic stewardship of Hajiya Lami Adamu Lau is also working selflessly towards the unity and progress of the Nigerian women and from what has been monitored at both rural and urban settlements, the society deserves respect and gratitude for changing the face of women gender.

In addition to what has been observed about NCWS, the National President and her lieutenants are also making frantic efforts to ensure that there is good leadership at states, local governments and the wards levels in order to deliver its policies of making livelihood more valuable to women gender.

In conclusion, with the leadership style of Hajiya Lami Adamu Lau, NCWS would become more examplary organisation that would be proud of and it is important to all the 3 tiers of government to gives more supports and encouragements to the society in order to continue assisting the Nigerian women without bias.
