Let Igbo go if you don’t like us – Amaechi tells Buhari

Nigeria’s first minister of Aviation, Chief Mbazulike Amaechi, has asked the President Muhammadu Buhari-led government to let the Igbo go if they are no longer wanted in the country.

Amaechi, however, said he believes in one Nigeria and would like it to remain but not under current condition.

He decried the poor state of the country, saying that Nigeria has to start all over again.

The former minister and foremost nationalist spoke at a zoom meeting organized by Dele Momodu of the Ovation Magazine and Mazi Ezeoke, on Thursday.

He said that Nigeria has derailed from the original plan of the founding fathers, insisting that there is need for a new constitution where every Nigerian will be involved to speak what they want.
