Let’s rally round Ezinwa

By Okechukwu Keshi Ukegbu

I just read the devastating news announcing the demise of one of our finest brains, Barr. Leonard Dibia from Comrade Okechukwu Nwanguma.

From the explanations Comrade Leonard Dibia was down with renal issues that even led to transplant through the efforts of some comrades who deployed several means to raise the millions required for the surgery, especially Innocent Chukwuma.

Comrade Dibia had a successful transplant but couldn’t pull through as other complications that affected his sight ensued afterwards.

Comrade Leonard Dibia’s invaluable contributions to humanity will adjourned to a future date. The subject matter here is that this afternoon is an afternoon of devastating news which calls on all lovers of mankind to brace up.

As I dropped the story of Comrade Dibia’s demise, another stories from the walls of friends and brothers, especially Nkemjika Alaribe, popped up. The stories announced the critical condition of one of my kinsmen, Ezinwa Ikeuka.

The young and enterprising Ikeuka is down with kidney related challenges. According to the stories, Ikeuka’s case has deteriorated to the point of failure and whopping N8million is required for a transplant.

I was highly devastated by this news and I had to engage my brother, Nkemjika Alaribe in an interaction for a background check on the patient.
He told me that Ezinwa Ikeuka is the breadwinner of the family, and has been forced by his present circumstance to sell off all he had acquired in life.

The story could melt the hardest of hearts. My brothers, sisters, all well-meaning individuals, let us heed to this clarion call:Let us rally round this young man so that we will not lose him.

Donations to save the life of Ikeuka are expected to be channeled through the following bank details: 3030310060, Ikeuka Ezinwa J, First Bank.
