Music producer, Dr Dre tells court how divorce from wife should be applied

US music producer, Dr Dre has stated that he and his wife Nicole Young had a prenuptial agreement before they got married.

Dr Dre made this known in his response to a divorce application filed by his wife and the mother of his two children.

Nicole who is represented by Samantha Spector demanded spousal support from her husband.

She is also expected to get half of her husband’s fortune worth $800 million.

In his response to the application, Dr Dre revealed that he and his wife had a prenuptial agreement and this will prevent her from getting half of his wealth.

He also asked the court to file their separation based on what is contained in the agreement.

He, however, agreed to pay spousal support.
