Nasarawa Speaker condoles Gov. Sule, Lafia Emir, Citizens as State loss 9 prominent persons within weeks

Speaker Nasarawa State House of Assembly Alhaji Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi has condoled with Governor Abdullahi Sule, the Emir of Lafia justice Sidi Bage (Rtd) and the entire citizens of the state over the demise of Nine (9) illustrious sons and daughters of the state within some weeks.

The speaker in a statement by his press secretary Jibrin Gwamna expressed shock and deep concern with the passing away of notables citizens of the state within the shortest period of time and prayed God to forgive their shortcomings and reward them with paradise as well as comfort their families.

The statement indicates that the state Tuesday’s loss Alhaji Usman Apkoshi former chairman of the State Internal Revenue Board and retired permanent secretary just as the last weekend witnessed the demised of Ambassador Polycap Azige, pioneer chairman of PDP, Alhaji Halilu Envulanza, a little holder in Eggon land and father to Danladi Halilu Envulanza the immediate past secretary of national judicial commission.

Similarly at the period, the statement said the State loss Alhaji Ibrahim Dahiru, a retired permanent Secretary in the state an uncle to House of Representatives member Abubakar Sarkin Dahiru and the demise of a second class traditional ruler, Alhaji Adamu Muhammed Abubakar sarkin Nunku.

The speaker also identified with the demise of pioneer APC chairman in the state Arc. Stanley Buba, former state Director of National Orientation Agency Mr Elisha Iya Kwari as well as Abdullahi Abubakar Aso the Madakin Keffi and that of Mrs  Rebecca Isaac Umaru former provost college of Education Akwanga.

The speaker,Balarabe Abdullahi who described their demised as a colossal loss and a big blow to the state, condoled with Governor Abdullahi Sule, Chairman of the state traditional council of chiefs, the Emir of Lafia and the entire family members of the deceased and the state at large over the painful loss and enjoined all to accept it as the well of God.
