Nassarawa Igbo PDP Members Congratulate Senator Onawo on Victory at Polls, Court

In a show of solidarity and Support the Igbo members of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Nassarawa State Chapter, extended their heartfelt congratulations to Senator Mohammed Ogoshi Onawo following his well-deserved victory at both the polls and the court.

In a statement on Friday, signed by the Nasarawa state Igbo PDP Coordinator, and a prominent member of the Party Comrade Ikechukwu Anthony Nwachukwu, noted that Senator Onawo, is known for his unwavering commitment to the development and welfare of the Igbo people, this account for recently emerging victorious after a hard, dogged and rugged electioneering Campaigns. Despite facing numerous challenges, he prevailed in the polls, earning the trust and confidence of the electorate.

In an equally commendable feat, Senator Onawo demonstrated his resilience and determination by assembling vast legal luminaries to defend the legitimacy that was freely given to him by the good people of Nasarawa South Senatorial District.
It is on this premise that the loser withdrew his petition from the Election Petition Tribunal
These double victory not only underscores his Credibility as a politician but also highlights his dedication to upholding the principles of Equity, Fairness, Justice and Democratic tenants.

Comrade Ikechukwu expressed his joy and satisfaction with Senator Onawo’s achievements, emphasized the significance of the victory for the party and the entire Igbo community in Nasarawa South Senatorial District.

“Senator Onawo’s triumph at both the polls and the court is a testament to his unwavering commitment to the Igbo people.
We are proud to have such a dedicated representative, who has tirelessly fought for our welfare and progress,” Nwachukwu stated.

He further highlighted Senator Onawo’s exceptional leadership qualities, stressing that the victory not only serves as a personal triumph but also reflects the Yearnings, Aspirations and Dreams of the entire Igbo nation.

Nwachukwu called on all Party members and supporters to rally round Senator Onawo and actively participate in the implementation of his people-oriented agenda, adding that with a renewed commitment from the Igbo PDP members to work hand in hand with Senator Onawo, ensuring that the dividends of democracy are delivered to every Igbo individual.

He further encouraged other Party members across the nation to emulate the resilient spirit and dedication demonstrated by Senator Onawo.
