The recent amendment by the office of the attorney-general of the federation (AGF) to the rules of professional conduct of lawyer is sparking concerns within the legal profession as it has made NBA membership nolonger compulsory
Confirming this development in a tweet is Lauretta Onochie, a special assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on new media.
Onochie in a post on twitter with a hashtag #SaiBaba, is gloating over the new amendment removing the requirement for NBA stamp and Seal on Court processes.
She also revealed that the new amendment has removed the mandatory membership of NBA for Lawyers.
