…Advocates for peace, humanity before tribe

The Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Christians Pilgrims Commission, NCPC, Dr. Rev Yakubu has called on Nigerian youths to shun all forms of political rivalry.
Pam urged Nigeria youths to shun political hatred, noting that most of the crisis are politically motivated.
He said, “crisis of today starts from the social media, as such youths should come together and live as humans putting aside all differences.”
He gave this advice when the Plateau State Support Groups delegation visited him at the NCPC headquarters in Abuja on 5th July 2023.
According to the NCPC boss, youths have a big role to play to ensure crisis is being controlled because they are the tools used during such crisis.
He also enjoined Nigerians to put humanity first before religion and tribe.
Rev. Pam has said, ” We are humans first before religion and tribe.”
He admonished both Christian and Muslim youths in Plateau State to jointly advocate for peace in the state.
He said, “Plateau State used to be very peaceful, where many Nigerians loved to own a home because of the blessings of a natural weather and soil.”
He called on youths to create a safe environment which will attract investors to the state and bring back the glory of Plateau State.
Earlier, the Chairman and leader of the delegation of the Plateau State Coalition of APC Support Groups, Alhaji. Saminu Maigoro disclosed that the purpose of the visit is to identify with the outstanding performance of Rev. Pam as the head of the Commission.
Maigoro said that most times leaders in power find it difficult to carry out efficient service delivery without controversy, but that the Executive Secretary has proven his exceptional role has reflected as he pilots the affairs of NCPC successfully.
He said the Plateau State are proud of him for portraying the state in a good light through his diligent work.
Further, he commended him for supporting Plateau youths while soliciting for more sup soliciting the state, and he further solicited for more support in the areas of skills acquisition and academics.
The group also presented a Certificate of Credence to the Executive Secretary in appreciation for his service to humanity.
