New EFCC Zonal Director Visit Sokoto Police Commissioner To Forster Closer Ties

The Sokoto Police Commissioner Ali Hayatu Kaigama Thursday welcomed the New Acting Zonal Director of the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) Sokoto Directorate, ACE Nwanneka Nwokike, fsi.

Their meeting was a significant step towards fostering closer ties and enhancing cooperation in the ongoing battle against economic crimes within Sokoto State.

During the visit, the Acting Director expressed his intention to deepen collaboration with the police force and acknowledged the importance of their continued support.

In response, CP Kaigama reiterated the commitment of the police force to work hand in hand with the EFCC, emphasizing the importance of joint efforts in combating corruption and economic crimes.

The Police spokesman, ASP Ahmad Rufa’i said the exchange concluded on a positive note, with both parties expressing gratitude for the opportunity to strengthen their partnership.
