London-based Nigerian businessman and philanthropist, Moses Ted Andishu, has commended Cross River State Governor, Bassey Otu, for what he described as remarkable strides in infrastructure and service delivery.
Andishu, who is also the founder of the Andishu Foundation, praised the governor in a statement issued in Kaduna, noting that Otu’s performance has set an unprecedented mark in the history of Cross River State. He lauded the administration’s spread of projects, describing the governor as “a lover of development.”
The philanthropist expressed delight at the numerous completed and ongoing projects across the state, particularly those handled by the Ministry of Works and Infrastructure, many of which he said had attained high levels of completion. He also commended the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) for its efforts, noting that more than 79 rehabilitation projects were executed across the state in 2024 alone.
“As a son of the soil, I am proud of Governor Otu’s achievements. His administration has fulfilled its electoral promises with an impressive array of legacy projects that are transforming the state,” Andishu said.
He added that the projects were fostering economic growth, improving the quality of life of residents, and setting a model of infrastructural excellence. He urged Cross Riverians to continue supporting the governor to enable him to deliver more dividends of democracy.
