North West University To Take Off Soon

As the newly approved first Private University in sokoto is coming on board soon, the proprietor of the Institution senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko has inspected the University site to see the level of work done so far.

Senator Wamakko was conducted round various places of the University by the engineer handling the construction Project of the Institution Faruk Mayana.

The senator expressed happiness on the way the work was going without any delay.

It could be recalled that, recently the Federal executive Council meeting presided over by the President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the take-off of some Universities in the Country among which was the North-West University Sokoto owned by Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko.

Also of recent, the University Management has approved the appointment of the New Vice Chancellor for the Institution in Person of Professor Ahmed Maigari Ibrahim.

The University is expected to commence the academic session with Five Hundred Students who will be offered admission for science courses largely soon.
