*Say’s plans to get NWDC muted
*How Buhari manipulate court, free Sen. Udume of terror charges, compensated terrorists leaders, others

President Bola Tinubu has been advised that the only way to tackle the insecurity ravaging the northern region is through taken a bold step.
A Borno Chieftain and Kanuri born activist Rev. Kallamu Musa Ali Dikwa, who gave the advise in an elaborate statement addressed to President Tinubu, asserted that a bold step must be taken by Tinubu to overcome and succeed in tackling the insecurity introduced in the region by Northern political, traditional and Islamic leaders.
Rev Dikwa who’s also the Director, General Center for Justice on Religious and Ethnicity in Nigeria, also disclosed that northern politicians and their Islamic clerics are planning to come up with North -West Development Commission (NWDC), using kidnapping and terrorism as a front and bargaining power.
Titled “The northern politicians and the Muslim clerics are planning to have north west development commission using kidnapping/ terrorism: Mr. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu wise up”, the letter also stated that the North East Development Commission (NEDC), has already become a milking industry for their political leaders.
According to the Dikwa, Sheikh Ahmed Gumi and his cohorts always claimed and advocated that the terrorising bandits will never allowed peace in the country if the government continue refusing to listen to them.
“Mr. President we’ll like to bring to your notice for you to overcome and succeed in tackling this so-call insecurity from the Northern region that was introduced by the Northern political leaders, traditional rulers and Islamic scholars you must take a very bold step.
“Sheikh Ahmed Gumi and his cohorts always claimed and advocated that the terrorising bandits will never allow peace in the country if the government continue refusing to listen to them.
“Mr. President, is expedient you know that the North-East political leaders, traditional rulers and Islamic scholars used ISWAP and Boko Haram terrorist groups to destroyed lives and properties of millions of people and destroyed vast agricultural land.
“This activities, North East Development Commission was created and become a milking cow to the northeastern political leaders especially some of my tribal political leaders the Kanuri politicians.
“Mr. President, another issue at hand is that of the North West where same methods adopted in the north east of kidnapping, killings innocent lives and destroying properties gave birth to NEDC.
“None of what happened in the north east that have not happened in the north west except Development Commission which is in the pipe line as the bill would soon reach you for signing into law.
“Looking at the movement of our democracy, former Presidents Chief. Olusegun Obasanjo came in from 1999-2007, Northern politicians created political Islamic Sharia Jihad law and described Chief. Obasanjo as an infidel, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan took over the power after the death of Umaru Musa Yar’adua in 2010, the northern cabals accused Jonathan of killing northerners and also described him as an infidel.
“But when Muhammadu Buhari took over the power from 2015-2023, the story has changed to foreign country evading Nigeria especially France through sponsoring Boko Haram and ISWAP terrorist groups in Nigeria.
“And now story turn to accusing you Mr President Bola Ahmed Tinubu that you sold Nigeria to France and that you are not a genuine Muslim and equal with the infidel because you can’t even recite Islamic and Arabic culture of Islam in your life, your wife and children are also infidels.
“This country cannot progress and develop with this kind of evil and demonic agenda of the northern cabals sponsors of these so-call bandits, Boko Haram and ISWAP terrorist groups.
“We cannot forget Sen. Moh’d Ali Ndume representing Borno South Senatorial zone arrested by the DSS Headquarters Abuja in connection with sponsoring Boko Haram terrorist on the 23/11/2011, the Senator spent 21 days in DSS custody the record of the investigation is is there.
“On 16/12/2011 the senator remanded in Kuje prison by Justice Gabriel Kolawole of Federal High Court Abuja, the case lingered until when President Buhari took over power in 2015 and manipulated the court case and freed Sen. Ali Ndume from further court process.
“If he allowed the court case to go further, Sen. Ndume will expose all the sponsors and members of Boko Haram and ISWAP.
“Former President Muhammadu Buhari in addition compensated the terrorist groups leaders with political appointments such as former minister of communication and digital economy in the person of Sheikh Isa Ali Pantami the leader of Al-Qaeda in Nigeria comprise ISWAP and Boko Haram.
“Before his appointment, in the year 2019 we wrote to DSS concerning his activities and he ran to Republic of Niger in 2012 from there he went to Saudi Arabia after 3 years he came back to Nigeria and was given the post of a minister under Buhari watch.
“Mr. President Sir, to tackle this evil and demonic agenda of the northren political cabals, the following recommendations should be treated urgently”, it further stated.
The statement also read in parts: Give order to Sheikh Gumi and his cohorts to bring back the abducted Kuriga Government Scondary and LEA Primary Schools children and their teachers to their families safely.
About the 103 abducted masses from Gamboru-Ngala LGA of Borno State give order to Gov. Babagana Umara and the Vice President Kashim Shettima to bring back these masses that have been abducted by Boko Haram terrorist to their families safely.
The governor of the state and the Vice President knew that Boko Haram and ISWAP terrorist groups are still occupying most of the villages in northern and central Borno but these political leaders still sent the masses back to their various villages and there is no way for them to go to their farmland to farm and the Borno State government is not taking care of them.
The masses abducted at Gamboru-Ngala went to bush and to fetch firewood to take care of themseleves and that is how they were abducted but the Mr. integrity governor of Borno State Babagana Umara Zulum always deceive the general public that he has been giving food items to IDPs which is only selective.
Our Northern political leaders, traditional rulers and Islamic scholars are good in creating lies to cover their crimes.
Implement the 2014 national conference of former President Goodluck Jonathan on restructuring the country.
4. Let the DSS provide the correct information about sponsors of bandits, Boko Haram and ISWAP to you and anybody involved should face the law of the land.
In conclusion Mr. President, any letter of such magnitude written to you have been hijacked by some powerfull politicians working in the Presidency.

The letter was formally reportedly submitted to the President, through pilot office on Monday in Abuja, according to phone calls from the author and signatory, Rev. Dikwa.
Earlier, it expressed concerned about the 280 abducted school children, starting what Tinubu need to know concerning the over 280 abducted school children and their teachers from Kuriga Government Secondary and LEA Primary Schools in Chikun local government area of Kaduna State.
“Going by the antecedents of schools pupils, students and teachers abduction in the north, one will draw authentic conclusion the abductors are same across the northern part of Nigeria.
“On the night of 14-15/04/2014, 276 Chibok school girls mostly Christian were abducted but when former President Mohammadu Buhari took over from former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan in 2015, He negotiated with the Boko-Haram terrorist and released some but till date over 100 of them are no where to be found.
“On February 19, 2018 Government Girls Science and Technical School in Dapchi, Yobe State where 110 girls were abducted but 109 were released and held only the Christian girl (Leah Sharibu) in the terrorist captivity till date”, it stated.
