Osun RTEAN Score Gov Oyetola high on infrastructure

Members of the Road Transport Employers Association of Nigerian, RTEAN, Osun State Chapter has commended Governor Gboyega Oyetola of the state for his promptness in the rehabilitation of road network in the entire state as well as other major roads within the Osogbo metropolis, which has made vehicular and people’s movement less stressful.

The commendation was made by the State Chairman of RTEAN, Prince Adekunle Olatona Abioye while answering questions from journalists in his office on Wednesday.

According to RTEAN Chairman, the gesture of Governor Gboyega Oyetola’s led government to construct a gigantic flyover at Ola-Iya junction and rehabilitation of the internal road network was notable and historical as his efforts on the development has surpassed the previous administration in the state.

“The present administration in Osun State, led by Governor Gboyega Oyetola has given governance a human face, I can assure you and the whole world that the quality of the work done by Mr Governor was unprecedented, many areas that were difficult to ply by motorists are now free, due to recent repair works by the government agency.

“We commend the level of professionalism that was put in place by the contractor handling the construction of the Ola-Iya flyover which is to be open for use very soon according to the state government” Prince Abioye said.

The Osun State RTEAN boss who admonished his teeming members across the state not to foment trouble but always be law abiding warned them not to allow themselves to be used by any politicians as election is gathering momentum.

“Am warning you members that you should not allow yourself to be used by the politicians now that they are warming up for the forthcoming election, please face your work”.

Prince Abioye however admonished passengers to always come to the motor garages in their various location for their safety and protection saying it is not advisable for any travellers to get vehicle by the roadside.
