Mr. Danladi emphasized the need to identify and understand the root causes of children being out of school.”These may include financial barriers, cultural factors, conflicts, or inadequate infrastructure.

Hr said “By pinpointing these causes, tailored solutions can be developed to address the specific challenges in each region.

“Local communities play a crucial role in the success of any educational initiative”, Danladi stressed, and highlighted the importance of engaging with communities to gain insights into their unique challenges and perspectives.

“By involving community members in decision-making processes, initiatives are more likely to be culturally sensitive and sustainable.

“Governments and policymakers are urged to enact inclusive policies that address the diverse needs of children. This includes providing financial assistance to families in need, creating safe and accessible learning environments, and implementing flexible education models that accommodate different circumstances”, he stated.

Danladi therefore called for increased collaboration between governments, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and international bodies to pool resources and expertise.

“By working together, these entities can create synergies, avoid duplication of efforts and maximize the impact of interventions”, it noted.

In an era of technological advancements, Danladi highlights the potential of leveraging on technology to provide inclusive learning opportunities.

This, he said could involve online education platforms, mobile learning applications, and other innovative solutions that bridge the gap for children in remote or underserved areas.
