The Sokoto state All Progressive Party Chairman,Isah Sadiq Achida made this known today while addressing newsmen at the party Secretaeiate.

He said it is a common knowledge that the outgoing PDP administration has already committed monumental atrocities to the economic and social life of Sokoto state, such that even the most benevolent leadership will require extraordinary effort to surmount.

He said it is contrdictory for a government struggling to pay salaries to engage in the luxery of crearing new offices requiring huge sums of money to run.

“While we are not interested in engaging in war of words with the discredited PDP administration, the Sokoto state APC wishes to warn that while we do not deny rhat the outgoing government has the prerogatives to make such appointments, allocations and orders, any appointment made to preempt our government will be subject to review and where they infringe with any extant laws, will surely be set aside”,affirmed Achida.
Meanwhile the just inaugurated transition Committee for taking over reign of leadership from the present PDP government has inaugurated 18 sub-committees to effect smooth taking over.

Speaking at the ceremony, the All Progressive Party Chairman in the state,Isah Sadiq Achida urged members to be loyal to the duty imposed on them by the governor-elect,Ahmad Aliyu Sokoto.
