Pcc Kano Conducts Three Days Training for Its Staff.

The federal public complaints commission, kano state office has conducted a 3 days training for its staff which took place at industrial training fund building,along sheikh ja’afar road, dorayi,kano themed “Effective communication and performance rating”.

In her opening remark,the acting director of the commission, mrs aisha mohammed suleiman welcomed the participants to the training adding that the training session was an opportunity given to fully equip the staff of the commission in order to acquire knowledge and skills to enable them improve their duties more effectively.

She therefore advised them to be good ambassadors of the commission through exhibition of good attitudes and maturity.

During the workshop session, paper presentations from various resource persons were made on different topics which includes effective communication skills,team work, problem solving,financial regulations,professionalism in public service,conflict and mediation skills among others.

However,the training was attended by the general staff of the commission and representatives of public complaints commission’s headquarters in person of mrs aisha ibrahim ata.

At the end of the training some participants have expressed their experience acquired during the exercise, while the head of legal unit mr.U.L. Bello esq.,mr.B.M. Adamu of admin department and mr.Yari abraham jeah of account department have described the training as superb and first of its kind.

They also commended the insight of the commission for conducting the training where the head of investigation (private sector) mr. S.H. Abdussalam mentioned that the knowledge acquired through this training can not be over-emphasized particularly in the area of investigation and mediation of cases which is sole mandate of public complaints commission as contained in a press statement issued to newsmen by garba mu’azu information and public relations officer, public complainants commission, kano state office.
