PDP Is Way, Way, Way ahead of Other Parties-Sagir Bafarawa

Speaking to newsmen during the townhall meeting of the Silame, Wamakko and Sokoto South PDP stakeholders discussions, the party’s gubernatorial running mate, Sagir Attahiru Bafarawa said their party is way ahead of all parties considering the strength, caliber and all it takes for a to be Formidable.

Sagir also said it is another form of bringing their supporters together considering the hazards of insecurity in most of the 23 LGAs in the state.

“Protection of health and wealth of our people is our major concern. we should consider physical health in order to generate concept to the party”, he stated.

Another major challenge according to Bafarawa is to make sure our members are tied together as one family for everything to run smoothly.

Also at the ceremony, the Deputy Governor and Sokoto Central Senatorial aspirant, Alhaji Manir Dan’Iya urged their members to be more patient and follow due process saying the meeting is to mobilize their people for the coming 2023 general elections. 

“We want Nigerian citizens. Sokoto in particular to massively vote for PDP from top to bottom”, averred Deputy Governor. 

Earlier, the PDP party Chairman in Sokoto, Bello Aliyu Goronyo while declaring the discussion ceremony opened, said the aim was to find out ways for the great party to progress and called on all local governments executives to channel their problems to the Council Campaign Director General for immediate actions as time for elections is fast approaching.
