Plateau Group Lauds Appointment of Hon Joyce Ramnap as Information Commissioner

Plateau Regeneration Group has lauded the appointment of Hon Joyce Ramnap as Commissioner of information and Communication by his Excellency Bar Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang.

They also expressed confidence that Hon Joyce Ramnap would excel in the task before her.

A statement signed by Pam Datiri, the Spokesman of the group reads that ” As a group we express our support for the appointment of Hon Joyce Ramnap as a Commissioner by the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Bar Caleb Mutfwang

They described the appointment as “well-deserved,” expressing the confidence that she will excel in the task before her “.

“Her appointment was not unexpected, given her impressive track record as a former member of the Plateau State House of Assembly, who rose to become the deputy speaker,which has earned her widespread admiration among her people. ”

“Hon Joyce Ramnap is very eloquent, intelligent and possess the requisite expertise and experience to take the information ministry to higher heights “.

The group emphasized that Hon Joyce Ramnap has positively impacted lives and delivered the benefits of democracy to the people of Langtang South while she was in the House of assembly.

They also highlighted that Hon Joyce Ramnap’s open-door policy would provide youths, woman with greater access to the Gov Caleb Mutfwang led administration.

The group firmly believes that Joyce Ramnap’s appointment as Commissioner of information would cultivate grassroots support for Governor Caleb Mutfwang.

They also emphasised that knowing Hon Joyce Ramnap as a goal getter the Ministry of information in Plateau State is in good hand.

They appealed to professional colleagues in the media industry to partner effectively with the new Commissioner of information in Plateau so as to serve the good people of the state.

The statement also urged the newly sworn in five commissioners to reciprocate the governor’s gesture by putting in their best to ensure that his administration deliver fully on its promises.

We have found it expedient to use this medium to commend Your Excellency (Gov. Mutfwang ) on your renewed vigour in providing more democracy dividends to our people in Plateau State.

The processes of the selection of these Commissioners were participatory indeed and this demonstrates Governor Caleb Mutfwang’s firm commitment to sustain and advance the tempo of peace and good governance in the state”, the group added.
