A Youth activist Comrade Pius Hoomen has congratulated Hon. John Dafaan on his inauguration as a member of the House of Representatives representing Shendam,Mikang and Quaanpan Federal Constituency.
He also said Rep John Dafaan has been tested and trusted and would excel in his new task .
Our correspondent reports that Hon John Dafaan was inaugurated on Tuesday following his victory at the court of appeal which declared him winner of the 25 February 2023 election of the Federal Constituency.
Hoomen in a statement on Tuesday in Jos expressed confident that, “with Dafaan’s inauguration today, The Federal Constituency will witness robust representation and sustainable development.”
He said, “It is indeed a great day of joy for the people of Quaanpan,Mikang and Shendam who are celebrating his inauguration at Abuja.
He described John Dafaan as a successful Politician ,who has had an impressive run in public office as Chief of Staff to former Governor Simon Lalong ” ,all these put him in good stead as Reps member”.
“He’s endowed with good lobbying skills, and he knows how to network among people, all these will no doubt help in facilitating and bring development to the Zone .”
“I am very optimistic, that Hon John Dafaan would give our people articulate representation in the House of Representatives through motions and bills he will initiate for the strengthening of our democracy, and economy revival that will make life more meaningful for our people.
Hoomen called on the People of the Constituency to support Hon Dafaan inorder for him to succeed.
