Presidential Election Panel: Two Supreme Court justices allegedly decline membership

Two justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria have reportedly declined membership of the presidential election panel, investigation has revealed.

Although the investigative has not disclosed the names and identity of the two affected justices in report entitled “Two justices of the supreme court decline membership of the presidential election panel”.

According to the investigation conducted by one Mr @jacksonpbn, the two justices said” NO to the membership of the panel being constituted by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, to determine the appeal of Atiku Abubakar of the PDP, and Peter Obi of the Labour Party”.

It stated “The report by an investigative journalist Mr @jacksonpbn stating that “Two Justices of the supreme court decline membership of the presidential elections panel.

“Two Justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria have said NO to the membership of the panel being constituted by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, to determine the appeal of Atiku Abubakar of the PDP and Peter Obi of the Labour Party”, the reports added.

It further stressed that It “Shows that the seat is just too hot for them to handle, no one wants to stain his or herself for the sake of Nigeria politicians dude.
