Rural markets Boosting Economy And Reducing Unemployments-Stakeholders.

At this moment, rural markets contributes towards the economic growth and reducing unemployment  especially at the grassroots level, where the people of all categories gathered and makes various types of sales with profits at such markets.
Daybreak news visited some rural markets in kano state where our correspondent had a series of interviews with some people on the present economic situation that is being the subject of discussions among the citizens across the country.
At Badume market, some people said that things begun to change especially those who sells farm products like beans, , maize, tomatoes, onion, sweet pepper and millet, while animals like goats, sheep, rams and similar ruminants that are mostly needed by the people.
Alhaji Bako Sani from Bichi local government area said that” we are now happy that things are changing in teems of hardships because most of the food items  are now cheaper than at previous times when farm produce were not ripe for harvesting and ready for sales, and it would continue to drop in the ext few weeks”. He assured.
Similarly, a tomatoes farmer and dealer Alhaji Usman Dan Gwari told Daybreak news that the present economic situation is now progressive because almost everybody is having a business in rural markets that reduces hardship and unemployment among the people that is changing the livelihood.
