Senate Unveils President Tinubu’s 28 Ministerial Nominees

In a significant development, the Senate has revealed the list of 28 ministerial nominees put forward by President Bola Tinubu. The announcement was made during the Thursday plenary, with the Senate President, GodsWill Akpabio, personally reading out the names.

The list was delivered to the Senate by Femi Gbajabiamila, the Chief of Staff and former Speaker of the House of Representatives. Notable figures featured in the list include the former governors of Rivers State and Kaduna, Nyesom Wike and Nasir El-Rufai, respectively, along with former Ebonyi Governor, David Umahi.

The nomination of these individuals will now undergo further scrutiny and deliberation in the Senate before they can assume their ministerial roles.
